Cancellation Policy

All guests must be 21+ with valid government-issued ID. No exceptions. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. Please double-check your date and time before booking. Lab coats and goggles are required for the experience and will be provided upon entry. These must be returned at the end of the event. We reserve the right to cut off service to anyone appearing overly intoxicated. Late arrivals may still be admitted but may miss portions of the experience. We reserve the right to deny entry to anyone acting disrespectfully, intoxicated at entry, or violating event rules.
